For the past 115 years, Flying H beef has been sustainably and humanely raised at Hobson Family Farm’s Aliso Ranch in Ventura County, California. Our cattle roam through thousands of acres of temperate pastures and drink from natural springs. Our sustainability program treats our cattle to spent grain from a local brewer and bell peppers that are diverted from the landfill. To ensure the most humane treatment possible, we operate under the strict Global Animal Partnership standards. This low stress environment and healthy diet results in tender, flavorful beef you’re sure to enjoy.
